Terms and Conditions of a Sale SHIPPING CHARGES The price of a button does not include shipping charges. We make a conscious attempt to keep shipping charges reasonable so as only to cover the postage and cost of the mailing materials. Shipping charges are added to each purchase. MINIMUM ORDERS For buttons priced less than $2 the minimum is one dozen of each style. Minimum for buttons that cost more than $2 each is quantity of six. RETURNS Because many of our buttons are made of natural materials by artisans, they may vary slightly in color, size, texture and finish. However, if you are dissatisfied with your buttons you may return them within seven days for a store credit. PAYMENT TERMS Net 30 for established customers with credit approval and satisfactory payment history. Other customers pre-pay with check or credit card. Durango Button Company sells only to wholesale customers. Retail shoppers can look for our buttons in independent quilt and needlework shops, or contact us for a source in their area. New customers must call or fax orders. Established customers may email orders. Any customer may send questions by email. Durango Button Company, Inc.
